Interns must be a student in at least their third or fourth year of undergraduate studies, graduate students, law students, or recent graduates. Hotline volunteers must be an attorney, paralegal, or other professional, however at least one volunteer on the shift must be an attorney.
Interns must work a minimum of 12 hours per week during the school year. Interns are full-time during the summer. Business hours are from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Hotline volunteer shifts are currently Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 am – 3 pm (actual active time volunteering is approximately 2.5 hours).
