Words of enCOURAGEment + Holiday Angels = #GivingTuesday
Sometimes asking for help is the bravest thing someone can do.
To break the silence.
To break the pattern of abuse.
To start anew.
These actions take a great amount of inner strength and a whole lot of courage – which is easier said than done, as you may know.
Let your gift this #GivingTuesday bring Ascend Justice clients support, inspiration, encouragement, and, this year, maybe a bit of holiday spirit too!
On #GivingTuesday (Tuesday, November 28th), let us extend your voice of support to those who may be taking that first brave step in ending a cycle of abuse. Allow us to amplify your cheers of reassurance to those who may need that extra boost to keep going.
We are presenting our “Words of enCOURAGEment” passion project again but this year we’ve added a bit of holiday cheer!
This #GivingTuesday, we are excited to announce that we are bringing back a new iteration of our popular Holiday Angels program!
$0.25 OF EVERY DOLLAR RAISED
beginning today thru #GivingTuesday (11.28.23)
will provide gift cards to clients most in need this holiday season.
Our #GivingTuesday goal is to gift 10 families each with a $250 gift card so they may purchase holiday presents, clothing, food…whatever they need to brighten their holidays.
Your impact can go well beyond the holidays!
Donations of $100 or more made between now and #GivingTuesday can participate in our “Words of enCOURAGEment” project where your words are placed on our office walls to encourage, comfort, and strengthen all who read them for months to come.
Here are some of examples of your words from last year:

Uplift survivors of abuse with your support today!
